Copita
I visited Copita on February 24, 2024. It is a brand new Mexican restaurant with a dedicated gluten free kitchen. They have a few vegetarian options, and a couple of vegan options.
As a vegan, I ordered four battered cauliflower tacos with no slaw or radish. My mother ordered the Trompo pork tacos, and unfortunately the server told the kitchen cod tacos, so she had to wait for them to correct it after she had to tell multiple people what she originally ordered. My dad ordered the chile ajo shrimp enchiladas and enjoyed them. Overall, the food for me was a 10/10, but the service needs extreme improvement.
The water is served out of old tequila bottles, very very cutesy. No issues with service dog access! However, they allowed a pet dog to be carried through the entire restaurant and sit in the enclosed outside.
